Opened in 1968 by our hard working, dedicated father Eugene B. Fargeorge.
He started the business while raising 15 children.
Our first home was at 875 West Main Street Branford, on the hill.
We moved to our current location in the 1990's.
Our father was a graduate of Providence college with a degree in History. He knew he couldn't support a large family on a teachers salary so he worked for another supply house and held two other jobs while saving up money and learning all he can. One of his three jobs was a Good Humor Ice Cream man. He was a World War II veteran and his war buddy Al Festa worked for him when he opened.
He was an historian and was part of the revitalization of Fair Haven, Ct in the 1980's He bought many older homes and restored them to their former glory! He has a preserve area named after him in New Haven for all he did for Fair Haven!
